We pride ourselves on personal service – important decisions should be made with the best possible information and advice and that’s why we want you to talk to us. With us you are not just buying the product – we will be able to demonstrate and explain the products so you know exactly what you are getting and why it is suitable for you!

If I order, will you store products until I need them?
Absolutely! Once your purchase(s) comes in to the store all we ask is that you pay the balance and we will store your items securely and free of charge until you want to collect them.

Yes – all the staff at baby@holland's are fully trained car-seat specialists. We will ensure that the car seat you select fits safely in your car and will show you how to use it.

Am I able to see if a pushchair fits in the boot of my car?
Most definitely – a key part of finding the right pushchair is making sure you can get it from A to B! We are happy to help you test the products to see what you are comfortable with.

What if something goes wrong with my pushchair?
Just pop back to the baby@holland's showroom as soon as possible and we’ll take a look. If possible, we will rectify the problem on-site (e.g. a new inner tube for a flat tyre). If not, we will arrange for your pushchair to be returned directly to the manufacturer for their assessment.
As a service to you, we will provide you with a loan pushchair or chassis which you are able to use while your pushchair is being repaired. We cannot guarantee like-for-like but we assure you that we will provide you with a temporary replacement that suits the needs and age of your child.

What guarantees do products have?
Guarantees vary from company to company and can depend on the product – pushchairs usually give 1-2 years warranty, whilst furniture manufacturers can offer as much as 5-7 years. Please give us a call or ask at the baby@holland's showroom if you have a specific product in mind.

What do I do if something I bought from you goes wrong?
Please bring it back to the baby@holland's showroom as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

I think my child is too big for his/her car seat, what should I do?
The chances are that your child has not outgrown the car seat, it may just need adjusting. We are fully trained to advise car seat safety and would be happy to help.

I’ve placed an order with you but my parents want to pay for the car seat – can they do this?
Of course! We have a copy of your order to hand at all times so they can simply come into the baby@holland's store and one of our staff members will be happy to help.

My friends want to buy things for me and I have seen several things that I like in-store – what do I do??
We are happy to put together "Wish Lists" for you – all you need to do is note down any products that you like in-store and we can then create a list for you and provide catalogues.
Your friends and family can come to us with specific items selected from your list or alternatively can visit us at the baby@holland's showroom where we can help them find the perfect gift from your list, a copy of which we hold in-store.

How long will my order take?
We try to keep as many items as possible in stock however this is not always possible. Once you have decided on your purchase(s) we will ask you to provide us with a ‘need by’ date. We aim to have your items in stock approximately four weeks before this date and offer free-of-charge storage until you are ready to come and collect them.
Depending on the item, orders can take up to 10 weeks so as soon as you are ready, place your order and let us take care of the rest!

How can I find the baby@holland's showroom?
We are 5 minutes from the A127:
Coming from Southend: Take the Basildon slip road; take the first exit at the first roundabout (A176/Uppermayne) and straight over the second roundabout onto Wash Road, following the signs to Noak Bridge.
Coming from London: Take the Basildon slip road and take the last exit on the roundabout onto Wash Road, following the signs to Noak Bridge.
