NB: Our competitions are open to UK residents only

By simply ‘liking’ our FaceBook page you are automatically entered into a ‘Prize Draw’ for our 2nd and 3rd prizes; a ‘Kub Arden Glider Chair & Stool Set’ (worth £250) and a designer ‘Storksak Emily Nylon Black Baby Bag’ (worth £90).

To have a chance of winning our grand prize, a Silver Cross 3D Vogue Pram System in "Iced Chocolate" together with a Ventura Car Seat to match (prize value £500) all you have to do is ‘share’ our FaceBook page with your friends.

The entrant with the highest number of ‘mutual FaceBook friends’, who 'like' the Baby@holland's FaceBook page, will win first prize. In the event that there are two or more entrants with the same winning number of friends, the winner will be chosen at random from those entrants.

The submission closing date is midnight, 17th April 2011. Baby@holland's shall require all entrants to provide a screen shot or photographic evidence confirming the number of ‘mutual FaceBook friends’ that also 'like' the Baby@holland's FaceBook page. Screen shots and photos must be emailed to facebook@babyathollands.co.uk.

To see how many ‘mutual FaceBook friends’ you have with Baby@holland’s simply look at the right-hand column on our FaceBook page where it says ‘You and Baby@holland’s’ and it will show you there, please see the example below:

All three winners will be announced on FaceBook within the following days of the competition closing date.

1. Only one submission per unique FaceBook user will be counted; entrants found to be using multiple FaceBook profiles in an attempt to manipulate these conditions will be disqualified.
   
   
2. Entrants found to be running competitions; promotions or incentive schemes in connection with this competition in an attempt to manipulate these conditions will be disqualified.
   
   
3. Entrants found to be using foul and abusive language or using our wall, posts or threads to promote their own business, FaceBook pages or competitions will be removed from our page entirely - and all irrelevant, contentious and manipulative comments on our threads will be deleted at our discretion.
   
   
4. Submissions that are not received by Baby@holland's by the submission closing date will not be included in the competition.
   
   
5. Baby@holland's shall incur no liability for submissions that are late or go astray.
   
   
6. The winners of the second and third prize will be selected by prize draw.
   
   
7. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
   
   
8. All winners will be notified by Baby@holland's via FaceBook. The winners must claim their prize within four weeks of the date that Baby@holland's sends notification. If the winner does not respond within four weeks, another winner will be selected.
   
   
9. Baby@holland's decision as to the winners will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
10. The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity or advertising organised by Baby@holland's.
    
    
11. Delivery or collection of the prizes will be agreed upon between the winners and Baby@holland's. The winners of our prizes will incur no postage or packaging costs. If geography and circumstance dictates that we have to deliver the prizes then Baby@holland's will do so at their own cost with a courier of their own choosing.
    
    
12. Employees (and their relatives) of Baby@holland's and other companies associated with the competition are excluded from this competition.
